Eric called the meeting to order at 5:00pm.

Eric asked Board if they wanted to take an official position in favor of endorsing the Joint Resolution.

Brad moved to support resolution. Margo seconded. All in favor. Motion passed.

Eric asked if there was support to have the Resolution include retraction of the H.B Study failing that, the state. PV&R should eliminate requirement to reappraise for CLA issue.

Board discussed the vehicle extended warranty for the new Town truck.

Eric called the meeting to order at 7:10pm.

Brad asked the Board if they want to express interest in acquiring the Masonic Temple from the Masons. The Board was in general agreement that there is an interest in the building. Brad is to attend a meeting with the Masons and the Historical Society.

Margaret Harmon from CVC on Aging requests an appropriation increase of last year from $1777 to $2000.

Eric called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.

The purpose of the meeting – To discuss the monetary affects for the Town of Johnson should Wolcott opt to cut back the Sheriff’s Department service.

Eric updated the Board on Wolcott select boards actions on Sheriff Patrol. They are going to hold a meeting on November 11/19. They are looking at 2/3 services for the 09/10 budget. The options for Wolcott appear to be: no contract, 2/3 service, or continue with full service.

Gordon and Eric called the meeting to order at 4:00 PM at the municipal complex on RR St.
Eric asked Duncan to advise the Selectboard about the request of the Laraway School to rent office space at the lower building. Duncan told the Board that they wanted to use the office space in the building for “one on one’ work with students and other space needs they had. They had looked at the space and thought it would meet their needs. Duncan had suggested they make an offer of rent, which they had done. Eric called the BCA meeting to order at 7:00 PM in order to review the BCA meeting minutes from July 7th and August 14th.

Franklin made a motion to approve the minutes with the change to add the word State Statute to the July 7th BCA minutes and to approve the Aug 4th minutes as submitted. Brad seconded the motion. All voted in favor the motion passed.
