Selectboard Work Session
January 26, 2009

Selectboard Members present: Eric Osgood- chair, Margo Warden, Brad Reed, Franklin Hooper.

Others present: Duncan Hastings; Administrator.

Eric called the meeting to order at 5:00pm.

Eric asked Board if they wanted to take an official position in favor of endorsing the Joint Resolution.

Brad moved to support resolution. Margo seconded. All in favor. Motion passed.

Eric asked if there was support to have the Resolution include retraction of the H.B Study failing that, the state. PV&R should eliminate requirement to reappraise for CLA issue.

Board discussed the vehicle extended warranty for the new Town truck.

After discussion Brad moved to select the International Cat Maintenance & Towing Options for $7248. Margo seconded. All in favor. Motion passed.

Board reviewed Town Warning.

Brad moved to approve the Warning with the change that the Town position go first. Margo seconded. All in favor. Motion passed.

The Board signed the Warning. The meeting adjourned at 5:55p.m
