1) Reappointment of the existing planning commission as the planning commission for the village.
2) Action on town zoning beyond the planned meeting with the ad hoc citizen's committee.
3) Economic Development and a review of the rural development visit results with regard to the future of both the village and the town.
a. Main Street Project.
b. Talc mill property development.
c. Zoning plans as economic development issues for both the village and the town
d. School Street/Pearl Street corridor and the Pathways Plan
e. Branding.
4) Energy Issues (Walter P) running the gamut from energy efficiency for town buildings (including solar and biomass combined heat and power) to larger issues affecting the Village Electric Department (smart metering, distribution system study, impact of a large customer installing self generation).
5) Elimination of Business/personal property tax (Walter P)
6) Other business.
